Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide!
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders usually take 1-3 days to process unless otherwise stated. Domestic orders generally take 5-8 business days to arrive while international orders take closer to 14-21 business days. We do offer several different shipping speeds at checkout, so you can select whichever is best for you!
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email once your order has shipped that includes your tracking information. If you don't receive an email or can't find your tracking info, please email us at saltandsociety@gmail.com so we can help!
Returns/Exchanges:
What do I do if I received the wrong item or a defective one?
We do our best to make sure everything going out the door is up to our high standards, but we make mistakes sometimes. Please email us at saltandsociety@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right!
What's your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of when your order was delivered. The item must be in the same condition it was delivered in - tags intact and unworn/unwashed. If you have questions about sizing or would like to start a return/exchange, please email us at saltandsociety@gmail.com.
Sizing:
How are your products sized?
Most items unless specified are unisex. Any product with a special sizing will be mentioned in the description and will have a size guide on the product page. Tees are generally pre-shrunk with usually a 5% margin of error.
